We invite Canadian artists and artists from around the word to apply for a minimum 30 days stay. You find yourself in a beautiful, quiet living space that inspires an authentic and simple lifestyle oriented to nature, a bucolic haven of peace that stimulates creativity.

we will send you a confirmation terms and conditions related to your stay.
Terms and conditions
Pricing:
30 days stay $3200CAD (mode of payment: Bank transfer, E transfer, Cash)
$500 refundable deposit is required.
We ask you to leave the place as you found it.

Well-equipped kitchen

Washer dryer and complete cleaning equipment .

Table office in the room, WIFI. Table work outside and inside on the ground floor.

Garden around the stable and pond, dock, terrace, chairs Adirondacks , outdoor tables and chairs, parasol, fire pit.
Check-in 4pm & check-out 12pm
Adaptable for those coming from abroad.
Rules and Regulations
Our place is reserved for non smokers and nature lovers who respect it. It will not be possible to party during your stay. You will have the opportunity to cultivate calm and serenity in harmony with nature and wildlife that surrounds us.
Traveller access
You will have to come by car, which is essential for your autonomy. We are located in a rural area on Chemin Laflamme, 6 minutes from the village of Stanstead. You will find shops, cafes and more, without forgetting the farmer market every Saturday during the summer season.
